Comments Exporter does not process sensitive personal information or receive any information from third parties. 

How we protect and store your personal data

Comments Exporter accesses comments data on only the document that is active and then (upon request from the user) creates a new Google Sheets™ spreadsheet and copies the comments data into it. 

For marketing and maintenance purposes, Comments Exporter may capture and store user email addresses and usage data in systems logs and a Comments Exporter email marketing list wich is not shared with third parties. No document data is captured or stored by Comments Exporter (i.e. comments, document content, spreadsheet content, document or spreadsheet metadata is not stored by Comments Exporter).
